1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShareForMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

ShareForMe is built for legitimate, lawful file and text sharing. You must not use the platform to:

• Upload explicit or adult content — prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
• Distribute malware or malicious executables — viruses, ransomware, or harmful scripts are strictly banned.
• Violate copyright — only share files you have legal rights to distribute.
• Abuse the service — automated scraping, bulk-download abuse, or bypassing rate limits is not permitted.

3. Enforcement & Suspension

Accounts found violating these terms will be permanently suspended without prior notice. In serious cases, we reserve the right to cooperate with relevant legal authorities.

4. Service Availability

ShareForMe is provided on an "as-is" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for connection issues, file expiration, or data loss during upload or sharing.

5. Plan Limits & Fair Use

Each plan tier has defined file count, file size, and expiry limits. Guests may upload up to 2 files at 10 MB each (30-minute expiry). Free registered users get 5 files at 50 MB each. Pro and Premium users enjoy higher or unlimited limits per their plan.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ShareForMe after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
